Project Description 1:
Project 1 Part A - Digital Life Story Collector
Project 1 Part B - Life Cycle of a Plant (through the use of Digital Storytelling)
For Project 1, we were to create a digital life story about us. The digital story like any other story needed to have a beginnig, middle and end. We were allowed to use personal photos to introduce any of the following options about our life, our career, our hobbies, our life goals or any lessons learned. Furthermore, Project 1 was to give us the opportunity to introduce ourselves to our professor and classmates and give them the opportunity to get to know us better through our digital story.
Project 1, also consisted of a Part B. Part B was to create a lesson plan using digital storytelling within a content area. After the lesson plan had been created we were to upload the lesson plan into HotChalk to share with other teachers. Part 2 of the project consisted of creating a lesson plan and incorporating the use of Photo Story or some other type of technology into the lesson. The lesson had to then be uploaded into HotChalk.

Project Description 2:
Project 2 Part A – Mission Statement
Project 2 Part B – Administrator’s Presentation – Are We Tech Ready?
Project 2 consisted of two parts. For the first part we had to create and write our own Mission Statement for our School District. The Mission Statement was to be used in a presentation to our District Administrators to allow them to see the need for technology at the campuses and the district. After writing the Mission Statement we had to create a Multimedia Presentation on how we were planning to follow through with our Mission Statement and address all the issues concerning the effective and/or ineffective use of technology in the district.
Responsibilities Met:

Project Description 3:
Project 3 Part A – Define Web 2.0 Tools

Project 3 consisted of five mini projects. After viewing and reading the materials in Module 3, the first part of project 3 was to define Web 2.0 tools in our own words. After defining Web 2.0 Tools we had to create an account with a Social Bookmarking site, share our username with our peers and add at least 20 links of great websites for technology. The third part of project 3 was to create our own wiki, including the educational purpose, description, audience, subject area, objectives and a description of how our wiki would be assessed. Part D of project 3 was to create a Blog for Educational purposes. Part E was to create a VoiceThread or Jing project with a brief description and purpose of the project.

Project Description 4:
Project 4 Part A – ePortfolio

Project 4 consisted of four parts. For the first part of the project we had to create a folder inside our Project 3 wiki and name it ePortfolio. Once that was done, we had to create several pages inside the ePortfolio folder. The second part of this assignment was to create a Philosophy and Goals page and place it inside the ePortfolio. The third part was to create a wiki page with our current Resume. The last part of this project was to provide a link to our class projects with a brief description for each project. Together with the description we had to include any modifications we made to our project and a personal reflection on each of the projects we completed.
