Project 4 consisted of four parts. For the first part of the project we had to create a folder inside our Project 3 wiki and name it ePortfolio. Once that was done, we had to create several pages inside the ePortfolio folder. The second part of this assignment was to create a Philosophy and Goals page and place it inside the ePortfolio. The third part was to create a wiki page with our current Resume. The last part of this project was to provide a link to our class projects with a brief description for each project. Together with the description we had to include any modifications we made to our project and a personal reflection on each of the projects we completed.

Responsibilities Met:
1.1 Attends minimum of one regional, state or national conference that directly support professional growth in instructional technologies.
Each year our department allows us to attend the TCEA (Texas Computer Education Association) in Austin. TCEA is dedicated to the improvement of teaching and learning through the use of computers and technology.
We are also allowed to attend the Region 1 Technology Conference at South Padre Island each year.
1.2 Joins a minimum of one professional organization.
I am a member of the ISTE organization, which is a nonprofit membership organization. It provides leadership and service to improve teaching, learning, and school leadership through the effective use of technology in PK–12.
1.3 Demonstrates acquisition of new technological skills and demonstrates how the technology supports instruction.
Modifications Made:
For Project 4 I did not make any modifications to it, however; if I had to go back and modify something I believe that I would modify the complete wiki. This course provided me the opportunity to learn how to create and work with a wiki. Wikis and wiki pages are easy and fast to create. I believe that wikis are a wonderful tool for educators, however; after learning how to add content and make links to different pages, I feel that a webpage could have been more useful for me. The use of a webpage would have given me a little bit more freedom to really make the site my own. Wikis is an awesome tool but, it lacks a lot of resources that can be found when creating webpages. For example, I was not able to find how to create a link to a section within the same page. Also, I could not find a way to change the background color of the wiki pages. Overall, I believe that wikis is a good resource for those educators that are not familiar with HTML coding.
Professional Reflections:
Project 4 allowed me the opportunity to create a folder inside my wiki and create additional pages to add to my wiki. By creating additional pages inside my wiki gave me the opportunity to become very familiar with the different tools in wiki creation. It also allowed me to personalize my wiki a little more by the addition of my Personal Philosophy and Goals, my Resume, my Introduction to the ePortfolio and my Artifacts 1 - 4.
For the project Matrix page, I started by creating several tables within the same page to add the content of each project; however, I deleted them because I had some difficulty when trying to resize the tables to fit properly in an area of my page. Overall, the Table tool is very useful when trying to create basic on the screen tables.
While working on the Modifications area of each Artifact page I learned that by reflecting on what I could have fixed before submitting the project would have made all my projects a lot better. By allowing myself to look back at what I might have modified in each of my previous assignments gave me the opportunity to notice things that I may have missed the first time.
When I was working on the Artifacts pages I learned a lot about myself. The pages of Artifacts 1 – 4 allowed me to learn about the way that I work. By being able to create a reflections section on each of the assignments I was able to learn that by putting down in writing my feelings about the assignment helped me to better visualize the end product. Some sections of the project were easy for me and other sections were difficult to complete. Thus, allowing me to learn to effectively manage my time with each individual section in order to complete the project in time.
